To know before booking
– You will have exclusive access to entire villa,
except the for bedrooms
– Bookings for 1/2 people will have access to 1 bedroom.
– Bookings for 3/4 people will have access to 2 bedrooms.
– Bookings for 5/6 people will have access to 3 bedrooms.
– Bookings for 7/8 people will have access to 4 bedrooms.
Payment only by Bank Wire Transfer
A security deposit of THB 10.000 is required upon arrival.
You should receive your deposit in full in cash after an inspection of the of the accommodation.
No pets – no smoking and no shoes inside the villa.
It is not allowed to organize parties/events.
Sleep only registered guest.
Children of all ages are welcome, up to 6 years sleep free with parents, free baby cot on request.
Children 6 years of age and older are treated as adults.
