Very enjoyable, really nice house and very well kept, great host. ☺ Franco was very helpful, arranging transfer to & from airport. Any issues we had were dealt with immediately and he offered as much extra info as possible. A really nice chap ☹ Only drawback was steep hill to get up to the house & many stairs which were a bit hard for my dad but he is 82 after all! Other issue was direct in the flight path from Bangkok but got kinda use to it.

Perfekt in jeder Hinsicht! ☺In dieser Unterkunft war einfach alles perfekt. Unglaublich nette Gastgeber, wunderschön eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet. Traumsonnenuntergänge direkt von der Terrasse aus, eigener Grill, schöne Zimmer mit Bad, gut ausgestattete Küche, eigene Haushälterin, die jeden Tag alles gereinigt, den Müll weggebracht und nach dem Rechten gesehen hat. Der Pool ist ein Traum - gerade die richtige Temperatur um sich zu erfrischen. In der Nähe befindet sich ein Markt mit frischem Gemüse, Gewürzen, Fleisch und Fisch - wirklich sehenswert. Die Gastgeber waren sehr bemüht und immer da, wenn wir etwas gebraucht haben. Wir kommen sicher wieder!!

Exceptional ☺ The villa was exceptional and exceeded all our expectations. Franco and Noi are perfect hosts and the maid Ying keeps the villa spotlessly clean. We loved every minute of our stay and was very sad to leave.

The perfect vacation home in Koh Samui! ☺ This home was a lovely place for our family of 4 (two teenagers) to relax for a few days after a busy vacation in Thailand & Laos. The location is perfect for walking to great restaurants and a close drive to nice beaches. The hosts were wonderful at answering our questions and accommodated every request we had! Having a cleaning lady at the house daily was a nice, unexpected treat. The views from the top floor were epic & our kids had a great time playing in the pool!

outstanding Villa and stay ☺ everything, felt like we were in paradise … so much space and we were a party of 6 adults. the owner Franco, wife and team were outstanding and so helpful. the views and facilities excellent and would go back every time I visited Koh Samui. would highly recommend! the roof top pool and top floor meant that we could enjoy beautiful sunsets and chill time. bedrooms all had comfy beds and some with balconies and all had en-suite. ☹ …. can’t say that I didn’t like anything apart from that we had to leave

Exceptional ☺ Franco and his wife were super nice and accommodating. Their house is spacious and gorgeous. The rooftop area and infinity pool are beyond perfect. Would highly recommend this place.

Relaxing Stay ☺ Upstairs outdoor living area was great with the pool and seaviews. Location was handy with shops, restaurants, massages and markets close by. Also only a short taxi ride to Fisherman's Village for beachside restaurants. Ferry to Koh Phangan is within easy walking distance. Close to airport. You do get some aircraft traffic, but is only in the daytime and not at night when sleeping. We didn't find it disturbing at all. Air conditioning is only in the bedrooms and not living areas but there are plenty of sliding doors and windows, which create cool cross breezes when open. 2 bedrooms have showers over bath and 2 with walk in showers, so if you have issues with climbing over bath, is best to ask for the bedrooms with walk in showers. There is also a shower in a powder room on 1st floor, as well as an outdoor one near pool. Cinema room is not functional anymore and neither is downstairs kitchen. Kitchen in upstairs living area is small but works well and has everything you need. It is supplied with instant coffee so if you like real coffee, best to byo. House was very well cleaned everyday. Franco, Noi and Ying were very hospitable and ready to help with any information we needed. No washing machine but Franco organised to get our laundry done and was only 50 baht per kilo ($2 AUD)! Overall we had a very relaxing stay. Would stay again!
